Fred and Julia: Wedding Celebration

A traditional wedding celebration is often held in high esteem in the Chinese culture. A week after Fred and Julia tied the knot, I had the honor to take photos at their tea ceremony and family banquet in celebration of their wedding. The atmosphere was upbeat the entire day, as it was apparent Fred and Julia are truly excited about their future together. The traditional tea ceremony featured both sides of the family, as they each paid respect to their parents, grandparents, uncles, aunts, and siblings. The banquet was a blast too -- over 400+ guests showed up on August 3, 2013, taking part in an evening filled with food, sentimental speeches, and singing.
