Sarin and Non: Engagement Session

A blend of vibrant colors, timeless art, and an organic vibe was  what Sarin and Non wanted for their engagement session. This isn't surprising because they are both wildly creative and like to think "outside the box." In fact, they are quite interested in Cosplay and dress up for many events. I can already imagine the blast we're going to have during their wedding later this year.We took engagement photos at the University of Washington, and more specifically, the Quad and Arboretum. The Quad at UW features an amazing spectacle of cherry blossoms during spring each year. This setting is very fitting for the couple, as it made for some creative photos. We were initially worried that the Quad would be packed with people, which would cause some distractions in the shots. Fortunately, and also unfortunately (I guess), the weather wasn't initially great. The day started very windy and wet, but Sarin and Non toughed it out. The upside is that the initial gloomy weather kept the Quad fairly quiet for us to shoot! After we finished up on campus, we made a stop at the Arboretum. Sarin really likes the mossy green look and it definitely created some vibrant images. Overall, we had an amazing time and I hope you all enjoy the photos from their set.
