Kevin and Paige: Engagement Session

Kevin and Paige are getting married later in June 2015, where they will then move to Texas to share life together. Currently stationed in warm Texas in the military, Kevin told me he actually preferred the Pacific Northwest rain and overcast. This was perfect because their engagement session was filled with classic Northwest clouds and gray skies. Even though it was a chilly winter morning, the setting gave Kevin and Paige a feeling of "home."The couple chose to have their photos taken at Howarth Park, which is located in Everett, WA. This was my first time shooting in this area and I was pleasantly surprised. It's quite a diverse park, filled with trees, train tracks, fences, a beach, bushes, leaves, industrial pieces, and just a little bit of everything. It was definitely a lot of fun working with them to capture these engagement images. I'm looking forward to photographing their wedding later this year!
