Lina + Dan | 7 Year Anniversary Session | Lincoln Park

Those of you who are familiar with my work might know of the privilege I have to work with this couple over the years. I first met them in 2014 and shot their engagement session and wedding. Over the following years, I continued to document their anniversaries (a tradition Lina picked up from her parents), and this year's session marks a brand new chapter for them. Lina and Dan's daughter, Anna, joins them on this tradition for the very first time. As the photos show, she fits right in and shined throughout the shoot. Those eyes and bright smile of hers are simply too good. It really is an honor to have this session with a new addition to their family.We decided to trek through Lincoln Park in West Seattle this year. The park had the perfect balance of trees, trails, and a compact beach area where you can get a view of Vashon Island just across the water. The ferry often makes its way back and forth too in the background. For anyone looking for a photography location that isn't too far of a drive and provides a solid nature vibe, I'd recommend checking out Lincoln Park. I'm thankful for another year of connecting with this couple, to see them laughing and enjoying themselves, and especially having a little one join them!
