Elaine and Morris's Proposal and Engagement | Seattle Waterfront

This weekend was monumental for my long-time friend Morris. Knowing him for over a decade, I understood the importance of his proposal. We previously met up and he explained his surprise proposal plan at the Seattle waterfront. The weather was perfect: warm, golden light, and dry. The stage was set for him and Elaine on the boardwalk.After taking Elaine for a helicopter our in Seattle, they ended their evening at the waterfront, which had a great backdrop of the Seattle Great Wheel. Morris initially told Elaine he simply wanted to take some pictures. During one of the shots where her back was towards him, Morris got down to one knee and the rest was history. It was a special moment for the couple, as both were overwhelmed with excitement and emotions. You can tell from the photos just how ecstatic they both were. Elaine later said, "I didn't think I would cry, but I just couldn't help it." Congratulations to Elaine and Morris on their engagement! It was an honor to capture this great moment.
