Claire + Deven | Wedding | The Edgewater

I thought “super chill” was just a brand of soda until I met Claire and Deven. This couple is the epitome of super chill, and what an incredible wedding day it was at The Edgewater in Seattle. The couple simply trusted the process of the day, stayed present, and never stopped having a good time. The cover photo on this blog is the perfect example — it was “sunset photo” hour but when we got to the patio, there were just clouds. They said, “It’s still beautiful.” I replied, “Yes it is, but you never know…” Within the span of a few minutes, it went from cloudy to sunny, and then rain mists led to a beautiful double rainbow. There were so many memorable elements, but one that stuck with me was how they integrated some meaningful parts of Deven’s Indian culture.
